How Many Computers Can I Use?

Bloodhound and Blackbird can be activated on up to 2 computers at a time. The 2 computers may only be used by the purchaser.

Will I get updates?

BloodHound & BlackBird come with a 1 year updates period, during which you can download the latest version. After that period ends, you can continue using the version that came out before your updates period expired, without any restrictions.

Which NinjaTrader License Do I Need?

In March 2023, NinjaTrader updated their policies regarding their free version. Now all current versions of NinjaTrader, including the free edition, will work with Strategies (e.g. Raven and BlackBird). This didn’t used to be the case, so we appreciate the change.

What's the refund policy?

Within 30 days of purchase, if you decide this Bloodhound/Blackbird bundle is not for you, simply contact us to request a full refund.
